a. Rates are subject to 12% VAT and other Local Taxes.

b. Check-in time is 2:00 PM / Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Request for early check-in before 2:00 PM and/or check-out up to 2:00 PM shall be subject to the prevailing occupancy of the Hotel.

c. Over and above the minimum capacity, PhP1,350.00 nett shall be charged per night, per extra person allowed in each room.

d. Children below twelve (12) years old sharing room and bed with parents shall be free of charge.    

e. Senior Citizen and PWD Discount Privilege Provision:

  •  No Double Discount.

  •  Holders of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card must contact the Reservations of The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay directly to avail of the privilege. Please note that this privilege would only be applicable for Regular, Peak and Premium Rates.

  •  Holders of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card must present their IDs personally upon arrival to validate the discount entitlement.

  •  Excess payments due to Senior Citizen and Person with Disability discounts will be used for incidentals and future bookings only.

  •   The discount privilege would only apply to the room where the holder of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card is registered.

f. The Online Booking Confirmation (OBC) received through email shall be presented upon check-in:

  •  If room reservation is booked for another guest, Authorization Letter from Card Holder should be presented upon arrival.

  •  Photo copy of the Credit Card used (front only) for verification.

  •  Photo copy of the valid ID of the Credit Card holder (front and back).

  •  Photo copy of your valid ID (front and back) to be submitted to the Front Desk Officer.

Cancellation Policy

1. In case of cancellation, any confirmed/guaranteed booking shall not be subject to payment refund. Re-booking may be allowed at least two (2) working days prior to the check-in date subject to space availability and the prevailing room rate/s on the desired date/s.

3. In case of non-arrival of guest, full amount of this confirmed reservation will be charged against your cash deposit/credit card guarantee.

4. In case of early departure, the remaining unused night/s shall be charged in full against the cash deposit/credit card guarantee.
