a. Rates are subject to 12% VAT and other Local Taxes.
b. Standard check in time is 3 :00 PM whilst check out time is 11:00 AM. Request for early check in and late check out is subject to prevailing occupancy of the hotel.
c. Extra person above minimum capacity of room shall be charged with an amount of PHP 1,350. 00 net per night, per person.
d. An incidental deposit of PHP 1,000.00 per room per night will be collected at the front desk upon check-in and will be refunded if unconsumed upon check-out.
e. Children below twelve (12) years old with their parents in sharing room and bed shall be free of charge
f. Senior citizen and PWD discount privilege provision are as follows;
• Double discount is not allowed.
• Holders of senior citizen or person with disability identification card must contact the Forest Lodge directly to avail of the privilege. Please note of the aforementioned privilege is only applicable for Regular, Peak and Premium Rates.
• The discount privilege is only applied to the room where the holder of
Senior Citizen / Person with disability identification card is
• Holders of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card must present their IDs personally upon arrival to validate the discount entitlement.
• Excess payments due to Senior Citizen and Person with Disability discounts will be used for incidentals and future bookings only.
• The discount privilege would only apply to the room where the holder of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card is registered.
g. Present the Online Booking Confirmation upon check in if received through email.
h. If room reservation is booked for another guest, present an authorization letter from the card holder together with the following requirements upon check in.
• Photo copy of the Credit Card used (front only) for verification
• Photo copy of any valid ID of the credit card holder (front and back)
• Photo copy of your valid ID (front and back to be submitted at the Front Desk.

1. In case of cancellation, any confirmed/guaranteed booking shall not be subject to payment refund. Re-booking may be allowed at least two (2) working days prior to the check-in date subject to availability and the prevailing room rate/s on the desired date/s.

3. In case of non-arrival of guest, full amount of the confirmed reservation will be charged directly to your cash deposit/credit card guarantee.
4. In case of early departure, the remaining unused night/s shall be charged in full against the cash deposit/credit card guarantee.

By disclosing personal contact information such as mobile numbers and email addresses, you are giving your consent to the use of the said information for the sending of the hotel advertisements and promos. The Forest Lodge undertakes not to use the above information for any other purpose aside from the purposes mentioned.

In addition to this, your Personal Information will be used for the purposes of sales, marketing or cross-marketing of products and services, investigation of claims and inquiries, check-in, refund, safety, security, statistical and marketing analysis, information systems management, system testing, maintenance and development, operational, support, customer surveys, customer relations and to improve and help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preferences.
If our hotel partner is subscribed to our Loyalty Program and you elected to be a member, you will also be a participant in the Atlantis Loyalty Programme
In such cases, your Personal Information will also be used to administer your membership and offer you the perks which you are eligible under this programme.
Sharing of Information Collected
We may process and disclose your personal information within hotel partner, our subsidiaries and affiliates and/or third parties, such as credit card verification providers, data analytics, marketing agency, immigration authorities, safety and security personnel, parties which have business or contractual dealings with Atlantis and its subsidiaries or affiliates, and other third party who is able to demonstrate that you have explicitly consented to the disclosure of your Personal Information by us to such third party.
Your personal information may also be disclosed or transferred to any of Atlantis actual and potential assignee, transferee or acquirer (within or outside the Philippines) (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or our business, assets or group companies, or in connection with any corporate restructuring or exercise including our restructuring to transfer the business, assets and/or liabilities.

The headquarters of Atlantis is located in Philippines. However, we may transfer and store your Personal Information on our servers located overseas. Such transfers are necessary pursuant to our contract with data subject and/or our contract(s) with the relevant third parties.
